Terrorist Financing Targeting Center Convenes Fourth and Final Executive Committee Meeting of 2025

In November 2025, the Terrorist Financing Targeting Center (TFTC) held its fourth Executive Committee meeting, convened virtually. Member states discussed potential capacity building topics for CY2026.  The meeting included presentations from the U.S. Treasury co-chair on implementation of the United Nations “snapback” of Iran-related sanctions, including designations of persons relisted on the United Nations sanctions lists.  The meeting also included terrorism-related counter-proliferation financing typologies, based on a June 2025 FATF report.
