The Terrorist Financing Targeting Center (TFTC) is a multilateral body created to strengthen cooperation among seven countries - Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and the United States - to disrupt terrorist financing networks and related activities of mutual concern.

Disrupting Illicit Finance

TFTC members coordinate joint disruptive actions, namely sanctions, against terrorists and their networks.  To date, the TFTC members have sanctioned a total of 82 individuals and entities in six rounds of coordinated designations.

Building Partner Capacity

The TFTC provides expert support to members states to enhance their governments’ abilities to counter terrorist financing threats, including through workshops on best practices in line with Financial Action Task Force standards.
